MetaTrader Plugin Management Platform

Independently architected and delivered a plugin management and licensing platform, connecting backend services, administrative interfaces, and customer-side runtime components.

Result: Delivered from concept to a released V1: .NET services, React administration, runtime integration, licensing and automated tests.

Case 02 · Brownfield Modernization / Enterprise Systems · 2017 – 2024

Enterprise Platform Modernization

Contributed to the development and modernization of an enterprise municipal software platform containing more than ten interconnected subsystems.

Result: Five related subsystems moved from .NET Framework to .NET 7, alongside five complex subsystems developed within the platform.

MetaTrader Dealing Desk Plugin

Problem

A broker needed dealing-desk behavior with configurable slippage management running inside the MetaTrader server.

Responsibilities

Independently designed and developed the plugin: architecture, implementation, configuration, debugging, testing and MT4/MT5 integration.

A server-side plugin applying broker-defined slippage rules within the trading server's plugin interface.

Municipal Services Portal & Violation Commission

Problem

Municipal service requests and building-violation cases combine payments, property data, financial calculations and signed decisions, and all of them have to stay consistent in one traceable flow.

Responsibilities

As senior developer and team lead, I led delivery of both products and coordinated requirements with municipal stakeholders. They were built on capabilities the wider platform team maintained: workflows, WebGIS, reporting and digital signatures.

Architecture highlights

Built as subsystems of the shared municipal platform, using its workflow, WebGIS, reporting and digital-signature capabilities alongside the SQL Server data model.

CASE 05 · 2012 – 2015 GIS Integration / Field Operations

Field Sales & Distribution Systems

Problem

Distribution companies needed field staff to place orders and record visits remotely, while managers followed distribution and sales activity on a map.

Responsibilities

Lead web application developer for the sales-assistance application (2014–2015); earlier, GIS and software developer on WebGIS and Android sales-management tools (2012–2013).

Architecture highlights

A web application with map views and spatial queries, with a dedicated mobile API serving field apps for order entry, data collection and tracking.

CASE 06 · 2006 – 2014 WebGIS / Humanitarian Response

Disaster-Response WebGIS

Problem

After an earthquake, responders need to see quickly where damage is likely, what aid is needed and which help stations are closest.

Responsibilities

GIS developer contributing to the disaster-response WebGIS and taking part in requirements analysis with project owners. (The ArcGIS plugins with Oracle synchronization from the same role were a separate project; see the project archive.)

Architecture highlights

A web-based GIS combining spatial data with estimation logic for damage and aid requirements, and proximity analysis to locate nearby help stations.
