I'm Hamed Rezaei, the engineer behind ArtaPattern. For more than twelve years I have built C#/.NET systems across enterprise software, public-sector platforms, FinTech, trading infrastructure and geospatial applications — designing them, leading their delivery, and staying close to the code that runs in production.

An architecture is only as good as the code and operations that follow it, so I stay hands-on.

GIS Development
Started as a GIS developer: contributed to a disaster-response WebGIS for a humanitarian relief organization and built ArcGIS plugins synchronizing utility subscriber data with Oracle, working directly with project owners on requirements.

Web & Field Applications
WebGIS and Android sales-management tools, an ASP.NET MVC printing-services platform with a B2B panel, and leading an ASP.NET MVC sales-assistance application with tracking, spatial queries and a mobile API.

WebGIS & Mobile
Senior WebGIS and Android developer: Django/PostgreSQL WebGIS with offline-map Android apps for city data collection, and ArcEngine vehicle tracking with MapProxy tile caching.

Technical Leadership
Senior software developer and team lead for a municipal automation platform of 10+ interconnected subsystems — workflows, WebGIS, reporting, digital files and digital signatures — including the municipal services portal and Building Violation Commission software.

Backend Architecture
Led modernization of five related subsystems from .NET Framework to .NET 7, developed five complex subsystems, and optimized SQL Server procedures, triggers and spatial queries with PostgreSQL synchronization.

Trading Infrastructure
Architected and delivered a MetaTrader plugin management and licensing platform, built C++ dealing desk and broker plugins, ran BEP-20 and TRON R&D, and integrated AI coding agents into a verified delivery workflow.
