MetaTrader Plugin Development for Forex Brokers

MT4/MT5 server plugins in C++, plugin management and licensing platforms, and the .NET backends around them, designed and built by an engineer who has shipped them for a forex brokerage.

What I build

Why brokers find this work hard to staff

Server-side MetaTrader plugins run inside the trading server process. A defect affects order handling directly, so the work needs C++ discipline, careful testing and an understanding of how brokers actually operate. Engineers who combine that with modern backend architecture are rare.

  • 01

    MT4/MT5 server plugins in C++

Dealing desk behavior with configurable, broker-oriented slippage management; copy trading; alarm and monitoring plugins for broker operations.

  • 02

    Plugin management and licensing platforms

A control plane that holds plugin configuration and licences centrally and keeps customer-side runtimes in sync through a desired-state model.

  • 03

    Broker backends and integrations

.NET services, React administration, ABP-based broker CRM work, Hangfire background jobs and SQL reporting.

  • 04

    Blockchain payment R&D

BSC/BEP-20 transaction-service R&D with Domain-Driven Design, and architecture review of an existing TRON payment system.

How to start

Start From Your Situation

Every engagement starts small and ends with written outputs. Not trading strategies, signals, investment advice or financial regulation compliance.

Building something new?

01 System Design

For a new product or major capability, before serious development starts: clear system boundaries and an implementation direction.

You receive

  • System boundaries and main flows
  • Architecture decisions, written down with their trade-offs
  • An initial implementation direction for the team

Not included Full implementation, UI design and infrastructure provisioning.

02 Architecture Review

For a team with a running system, often on .NET, that is unsure about its structure or where to take it next: what to improve, what to keep, and where to start.

You receive

  • Issues ranked by impact
  • Options for improvement, including what to keep
  • Recommended next steps and a first slice

Not included Executing the full migration or refactoring, which can follow as a separate engagement.

Facing backend performance or reliability issues?

03 Backend Reliability Assessment

For slow responses, recurring errors or failing background processing, investigated before committing to a major rewrite.

You receive

  • Findings from the investigation
  • Hypotheses tested, and what they showed
  • Corrective actions in priority order

Not included Ongoing production support or 24/7 on-call.

Scope, duration and pricing are agreed after a first conversation, once the problem is clear.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you build MT4 and MT5 server plugins?

Yes. I have designed and built C++ server-side plugins for MT4 and MT5, including a dealing desk plugin with configurable slippage management, a copy trader plugin and an alarm system for broker operations.

Can you manage plugin configuration and licensing across many servers?

Yes. I architected and delivered a plugin management and licensing platform from concept to V1: a .NET control plane with React administration, where customer-side runtime components converge on a centrally recorded desired state.

Can you integrate MetaTrader with our backend or CRM?

Yes. My broker work includes .NET backend services, an ABP-based broker CRM, Hangfire job troubleshooting and SQL reporting. I usually start with an Architecture Review or a Backend Reliability Assessment.

Do you work with brokers remotely?

Yes. I work remotely and project-based, in English. Scope, timeline and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Do you offer trading strategies or investment advice?

No. My focus is server-side plugins and broker backend systems, not trading strategies, signals or investment advice.
